- Cathy Fennell is Managing Director of (Quilken Ltd), a consultancy specialising in Business Transformation, Organisational Performance, Executive Coaching & Leadership Development.
Cathy uses a mix of training, coaching and action workshops to help leaders unlock hidden performance and hard results in themselves and their organizations. Utilising her background of “coal face” business experience and leading edge OD techniques, Cathy designs and delivers interventions that are insightful and challenging whilst remaining pragmatic and empathetic.
Cathy’s business background stretches from Retail Sales Management to Finance, Global IT Outsourcing and HR Consultancy. This includes 13 years within IBM, where Cathy was an international coach and lead consultant on strategic change, organisational performance and leadership development with EMEA and Global Executives.
Often presenting on the field of coaching, Cathy currently speaks at international conferences and corporate companies about her research on the Benefits and Returns of Executive Coaching in FTSE 100 companies.
Cathy is a member of the International Coach Federation and Corporate Coach U, has an MBA from Henley Management College and is trained in NLP, Intuitive Response, advanced Coaching and Change Facilitation, Hay McBer Leadership Development, Organisational Climate and Team Effectiveness , and TQM assessment.
